Shot Blasting and Painting
As per the requirement of perfect aesthetics as well as more use of special purpose paint, the use of surface preparation for painting is very important and vital. Hence, we have dedicated covered unit of 10 meter width by 16 meter length for grit, slag, shot blasting of the raw material, fabricated equipment. Quality, and type of the abrasive used is as per the clients requirement and actual need of surface preparation.
Mock-up and Assembly
Many oversea projects or local projects do not allow or entertain the use of welding or cutting on their working plants, where the equipment or structure is to be installed. Also, the costs of on-site repair are tremendously large. Hence , to avoid such problems, we conduct mock up assembly of the equipment to check the overall dimensions as well as connections to avoid modifications on site.
Export or Seaworthy Packing
Packing methods used for export jobs, or container loading are performed by our team on a regular basis. The normal method being the job loaded onto pellets, crates, or floorboards, then being wrapped as per the requirements of the client. Fumigated wood and high quality wraps are used in the same process.
